Your tasks
5. Responsibility for project intake, prioritization, and assessing scope of work for new device development projects
6. Supporting the cross-functional team with standard project management tasks including but not limited to: note-taking, communications, planning, prioritizing, and presenting key information to stakeholders
7. Ensuring effective use of meetings by clearly defining objectives, agendas, inviting the team members specifically required, and post-publishing minutes and actions
8. Driving continuous improvement on project management processes and tools to improve efficiency
9. Participation in local/global meetings and teleconferences (held in both English and German)
10. Close communication and cooperation with neighboring research and development functions in Ludwigshafen and multiple locations in the USA
Your profile
11. Bachelor's degree in sciences, like pharmacy or engineering or related scientific field
12. Skilled in the initiation, selection, coordination, and management of projects and can solve unique problems
13. Effective communication, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal skills (ability to work in a team on a daily basis)
14. Ability to work independently and take initiative
15. Good written and spoken German and English language skills
16. Project management experience
17. Understanding of the pharmaceutical product development cycle
18. Design history file and combination product development experience
19. Understanding of relevant related regulatory requirements for combination product development in global markets (United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America)
