As a Global Operations Manager at AnyDesk you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the commercial team to ensure efficient and effective business processes. This role involves managing Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience operations, driving process improvements, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic business goals. Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience and Business Systems teams Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness Lead initiatives to automate and optimize workflows, reducing manual efforts and errors Build and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure operational transparency and scalability Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends Present insights and recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making Basic Qualifications: Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Easy to work with Sense of urgency Degree in Business Administration/Informatics, Marketing, Communications, or related field or experience in a related field Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights with attention to detail Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Salesforce and / or HubSpot eco-systems is a plus Ability to compile accurate and precise documentation for processes Fast learner Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, any other languages are a plus Preferred Skills and Experience: Knowledge of best practices, methodologies and technologies in the business and development context Experience in AI-driven process automation Hands-on experience with a programming language for automation & data analysis (e.g. Python or SQL) Experience in building and maintaining process documentation Good problem-solving skills and the ability to find optimal solutions in a global, standardized context You work independently and communicate effectively and proactively with your team Confident personality with good technical comprehension and a passion for learning and growth What we offer: Centrally located office in Stuttgart Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model 30 vacation days/year in a full-time position Free drinks and weekly team lunch Personal and professional development potentialities and room for creative ideas An international team Are you ready for exciting tasks in an agile work environment with a both professional and collegial atmosphere?
