Your path leads you into a highly qualified team that is responsible for the commercial project execution within the "Main Line" segment of Rail Infrastructure. In this key position, you will take overall responsibility for all commercial tasks in highly complex projects – around the globe. In your new role, you will act as a Senior Commercial Project Manager (f/m/d) with comprehensive responsibility for your projects. In addition, you will represent the company in highly complex, international large-scale projects (NCM) involving multiple countries as a World Project Controller (f/m/d). Your daily responsibilities include the independent planning and control of all relevant project KPIs. You will independently manage opportunity and risk assessments and play a key role in shaping contract and claim management as a central lever to ensure the economic success of your projects. Through effective partner management – with customers, internal and external stakeholders, as well as local subsidiaries – you will foster strategic alliances, build trust, and lay the foundation for long-term collaboration. You will skillfully coordinate a complex network of international project stakeholders, ensuring that professional requirements, cultural particularities, and contractual conditions are accurately aligned throughout the course of the project – especially in the areas of order execution, project structuring, and contract negotiations. Additionally, you will regularly report to the segment and business unit management, providing solid analyses as a reliable basis for decision-making. You challenge existing working methods with the goal of driving continuous improvement and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the organization and its processes. What do you bring along? You have completed a degree in economics or business administration (Master’s/Diploma). You also have many years of professional experience in international commercial project management and have successfully managed highly complex projects. This experience was gained in a technical project environment – for example, in Rail Infrastructure or in other industries involving plant business. You have a solid understanding of accounting according to HGB and IFRS, and you are experienced in contract management. In addition, you bring extensive expertise in finance, export, customs, and taxes, enabling you to confidently manage projects in an international setting. You hold a certification as a Senior Commercial Project Manager according to PMSiemens or a comparable, widely recognized certification. Your excellent German and English skills allow you to communicate effectively in an international environment. The international scope of your role includes a willingness to travel approximately 10–20%. What do we offer you? Mobile working /Remote working With us, you will have the opportunity to work hybrid.
