As an IT Digitalization Specialist, you will contribute to customer-focused digitalization projects for Italdesign Giugiaro SpA, developing bespoke digital solutions tailored to customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing local support in Germany for in-person meetings, assisting stakeholders effectively.
* Maintaining ongoing engagement with customers and stakeholders through agile practices, fostering collaboration between German and Italian teams to ensure seamless integration.
* Managing and maintaining team documentation.
* Master's degree in engineering or a related field
* Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
* Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address complex issues, develop and assess various options, and implement effective solutions
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Proficiency in German at a C1 level
* Proficiency in English at a B2 level
Preferential requirements
* Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification
Education: Master's degree in engineering or a related field
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken German and English are required. Knowledge of Italian would be appreciated
Workplace: Gaimersheim (Ingolstadt, DE) and availability to travel
