Tasks and Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and adjustment of information security policies.
* Create and maintain security concepts, guidelines, work instructions, and resource plans.
* Integrate security requirements in close collaboration with various departments.
* Support the investigation and analysis of security incidents.
* Plan, implement, and continuously improve measures to reduce security risks and vulnerabilities.
* Organize and conduct internal security audits and prepare corresponding reports.
* Advise and support departments on information security matters.
* Conduct and coordinate training and awareness programs for employees.
* Undertake general tasks related to information security according to current regulatory requirements (e.g., BAIT).
Requirements
* At least 3 years of professional experience in IT system administration and/or IT security.
* Experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) is an advantage.
* Proficient in using IT security tools and technologies with solid knowledge of current threats and attack methods.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex issues.
* Team player with initiative, a structured, and analytical approach to work.
* Good command of both written and spoken German and English.
