Job Overview: ThunderSoft, a leading provider of OS technologies, solutions, and services, is seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a strong focus on German employment law to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will ensure that our HR processes and policies are fully compliant with German labor law, with a special focus on employee relations, contractual regulations, and AUG regulations. Location: Germany, Frankfurt Key Responsibilities: Labour Law Expertise : Ensure compliance with German labour laws and regulations, including employment contracts, working conditions, terminations and employee rights. HR Administration: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract and document preparation, benefits and insurance coordination, and offboarding. Ensure timely and accurate management of personnel records and agreements in compliance with German labor regulations. Collaborate with external payroll providers to process monthly payroll and address related queries efficiently. Employee Relations : Advise and guide managers on handling employee relations issues, terminations, and disputes while adhering to German law. AÜG Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG) regulations and advise managers on the AÜG matters. Policy Development and Document Administration : Develop and update internal HR policies, ensuring they align with German labor legislation, oversee employment contract drafting, review, and updates to comply with German labour standards. HR Compliance Audits : Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with German employment standards, including health and safety, work hours, and remuneration. Legal Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely legal reporting in line with local German regulatory requirements. Other Duties : Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management. Provide support for ad hoc HR-related activities based on organizational needs. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. Experience : 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on German labour law, employment regulations, and employee relations. Experience working in international IT companies AÜG Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG) and its application in the context of temporary staffing and agency workers. Skills : Excellent communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, legal, and management teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
