Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Providing strategic and operational support to department management
* Improving and driving innovation in the implementation of IT service management
* Creating concepts and presentations on insights critical to decision-making for organisational, process and project-related functions
* Coordinating and moderating workshops and working groups
* Collaborating with different departments to align needs and drive improvements in order to reach ITSM goals
* Coordinating and supporting project management activities for ITSM implementation and operational stability-related projects
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* University degree or similar qualification focused on IT, project management or business
* Strategic thinking and the ability to work in a demanding environment, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities independently and simultaneously
* A passion for learning and proactive approach to staying up to date on the latest trends, best practices and emerging technologies
* Strong presentation and storytelling skills to drive meaningful and transparent communication
* A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
* Proactive team player with excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Desirable extras.
* Experience in IT service management and familiarity with the ITIL framework
* Experience in IT management consulting
* Experience working with one or more of the following tools: Confluence, Jira, SharePoint or ServiceNow
