Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct a detailed review of property-level accounting to ensure accurate monthly valuation reporting .
* Adjust foreign property financial records to align with LUXGAAP standards and Alternative Investment Fund regulations, making necessary corrections.
* Handle corporate bookkeeping and prepare fund reports and annual financial statements in compliance with LUXGAAP .
* Oversee financial interactions with external stakeholders, addressing liquidity, tax, and legal risks, and resolving structural challenges within real estate investments.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in economics, business, tax consulting, or a related field ; additional qualifications in accounting are a plus.
* 1 to 5 years of experience in bookkeeping .
* Basic knowledge of tax regulations is essential.
* Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
* Good command of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team .
* Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) .
