Who we are looking for
We're looking for a talented individual to join our development team in Würzburg, working 32 to 40 hours per week. If you have at least three years of experience in the Java stack with Spring Boot, enjoy integrating modern technologies and methods into software and strive to evolve personally and with your team with joy, then you should apply now.
Tasks
Your tasks will evolve over time according to your strengths and desires. In particular, we expect you to
* Contribute to the design of technical solutions in our software.
* Work in a team to implement new features and specifications
* Help resolve bugs and technical issues.
* Ensure code quality through testing
* Integrate Plunet BusinessManager with other systems
* Support our product specialists in the joint development of solutions.
Requirements
* Software development background with training or studies
* Experience with software programming
* Java, Spring and JUnit
* Working with IDEs (IntelliJ, VSCode)
* SQL (SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM (Hibernate)
* Version control using Git (Gitlab)
* Experience with Jira or similar issue trackers
* You have experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban
* You have a very good command of English (B2), German is a plus.
Other nice-to-haves
* You also have knowledge of frameworks such as .NET or Angular
* You have experience with supporting technologies such as Docker
* You are curious and willing to learn new things
* You are comfortable with legacy code and enjoy contributing to improvements
* You are curious and driven by bugs and technical issues
