Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Medical Affairs Trainee (m/f/d) who is motivated, collaborative, and meticulous to join us in our Medical Affairs team, based in Monheim am Rhein, Germany. This position is offered on a 2-year fixed-term basis.
About the role
You will support medical projects, including patient engagement, risk minimization, artwork and labeling, and transparency reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement action plans and improve patient benefits.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that includes the Patient Affairs Lead, Transparency Lead, Medical Project Lead, and Business Capability Partner. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments at both local and international levels, as well as with external stakeholders in healthcare and patients from therapeutic areas where UCB is active.
What you’ll do
* Support medical projects within the Medical Affairs Team.
* Assist with Patient Engagement & Solution projects.
* Contribute to Risk Minimization Tools and Transparency Reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement action plans.
* Improve patient benefits through innovative solution development.
* Participate in key projects with internal and external stakeholders.

* Initial experience in healthcare or relevant internships.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to support cross-functional project teams.
