The role: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Media Manager (f/m/d) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing media campaigns for our three exciting brands (L24, f, THV). This role focuses on driving brand growth through strategic planning and optimization of cross-channel campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms such as YouTube, Online Video (OLV), and Connected TV (CTV). Your tasks: Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel media campaigns with a primary focus on digital channels (YouTube, CTV); offline channels (TV, Radio) are a plus. Analyze and report on key KPIs to measure campaign success and guide improvements. Manage relationships with media agencies, saleshouses, and partners to ensure optimal media buying strategies. Identify and evaluate new media channels to increase reach and build brand KPIs. Collaborate closely with creative, data analytics, and business teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Oversee and steer media budgets effectively to achieve maximum impact. Conduct market and competitive analyses to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations. What you offer us: 3–5 years of experience in media planning and management, ideally across both client and agency roles. Proven expertise in YouTube/OLV campaign planning and execution; experience with TV and Radio is a strong plus. Deep knowledge of the German media landscape and its unique opportunities. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Ability to multitask in an agile work environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Team-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
