Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
* Identify potential customers in the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
* Conduct cold outreach through emails and calls to generate leads and interest in Green Elephant Biotech's offerings.
* Qualify leads and set up meetings for product demonstrations and consultations.
Sales Presentations & Relationship Building:
* Conduct product demos.
* Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and how our products can help meet their bioprocessing challenges.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Account Management & Customer Support:
* Oversee client relationships, ensuring successful implementation and continuous satisfaction with our products.
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
* Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve any client issues and provide expert-level assistance.
Requirements
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or laboratory equipment sectors.
* Skills: Strong ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cell culture systems, bioprocessing, or related biotech products is required.
* Proactive: Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
* Languages: Excellent English is required; German proficiency is highly beneficial.
* Travel: Ability and willingness to travel internationally regularly.
