What we achieve together
* You will lead the quality assurance team at the Bergheim site and be responsible for the improvement and further development of process and product quality.
* Your tasks will include optimizing the quality assurance of existing production processes, quality planning for new product launches, and quality optimization with our suppliers.
* You are familiar with the use of standard tools and quality methods and are open to new and innovative approaches.
* You will be responsible for ensuring the application of the processes/methods of the Group-wide standardized IMS system, including the application of the Standard Production Quality Management (SPQM) and its key performance indicators.
* You will manage problem-solving processes and daily KPI-based production quality, including stakeholder management.
* Setting up and securing the standard quality assurance organization (input quality; process quality; output quality) as well as the further development of the team and the planning and control of the quality budget (Opex, Capex, cost center) are part of your tasks.
* You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

* Qualification: You have successfully completed a technical degree.
* Know-how: Several years of relevant professional experience in the field (production, production planning, quality). Knowledge of welding processes is an advantage.
* Know-how: You have sound knowledge of Q-methods and auditing (quality and production processes, occupational safety, and environmental protection).
* Personality: You have strong management and communication skills at all levels. You demonstrate hands-on strengths in change management.
* Languages & Tools: Your confident English skills (verbal & written) mean that nothing stands in the way of group-wide communication.
