Summary Statement
As a Therapy Trainer (d/f/m) in the field of lower limb prosthetics, you will develop and create diagnosis-based training concepts. You will convey to various medical specialist groups the extent to which technical care solutions can support rehabilitation holistically and make a decisive contribution to maintaining patients' quality of life. Through your work, you will support colleagues and external partners in providing even better care for specific patient groups.
Duties & Responsibilities
* You are responsible for the development, preparation, implementation and follow-up of specialist seminars and webinars in the field of lower limb therapy/prosthetics - these will be held in German and English
* You create training concepts and training documents for the various target groups on the topic of "rehabilitation of amputation patients" and the associated care solutions
* You accompany tests and training courses for users
* You work on an interdisciplinary basis with various interfaces (sales unit, patient care, clinical research, product management, etc.)
Qualifications
* You have successfully completed your training as a physiotherapist or your studies in the field of physiotherapy/ergotherapy - preferably in combination with a medical-technical university (of applied sciences) degree
* You have already gained professional experience - maybe with a marketing or communications background
* You have practical experience in the treatment of patients after lower limb amputations
* You have a good technical and biomechanical understanding of how complex products work
* You can work well conceptually and are confident in using digital media and tools - further training in the areas of moderation and presentation/didactics is desirable
* You are communicative - in German and in English -, a team player, flexible and willing to innovate
* A high willingness to travel, very good MS Office and very good English skills are the basic requirements for this position
