What we are looking for:
* Completed university degree, ideally with a specialisation in HR management
* Broad-based, generalist HR expertise acquired through professional experience in HR management
* Sound (collective bargaining) knowledge of the metal and electrical industry
* Strong implementation and assertive personality with a confident demeanour, high social competence and business understanding
* Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to travel (10-20%)
