Key job responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, organized self-starter to join as a Business Coach for the Middle Mile team to manage Linehaul Service Provider (LSP) relationships and ensure they are set up to succeed. This person will manage LSP readiness through onboarding and training curricula and audit processes that support standard work. We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to: - Provide best in class support for LSPs with scalable tracking process - Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges - Identify, develop and improve strategies for the LSP onboarding and training process - Analyse and interpret data to improve efficiency across individual LSPs and the entire supply type - Provide reports to leaders of health and training proficiency weekly/monthly - Partner with other teams to advise on and manage operational challenges The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, readiness to conduct some business travels and the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative. Basic Qualifications - A degree - Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German - Relevant experience in program or project management - Experience in working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications - Experience in supply chain and/or transportation - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - PowerBI and SQL knowledge as a plus Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
