Position Overview
We are seeking a strong and charismatic leader with a proven track record in leading oncology or specialty sales teams at a national level. In this role, you will work closely with the DACH & NL Group Country Manager, Medical Affairs Director, and Associate Director Access to enhance the overall success of the leadership team and consistently exceed sales and revenue targets.
Operational excellence is a key driver of the business, and close collaboration with the commercial operations team in Switzerland is essential for success.
Position: Sales Manager Germany (m/f/d)
Location: South Germany – Remote with regular travel to the Munich office
Working model: Hybrid (office-based, field-based, and home-based)
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the German sales team to fully maximize a best-in-class diagnostic product in breast centers and key accounts across Germany.
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy as a key member of the DACH leadership team.
* Implement and optimize the KOL management and peer-to-peer education strategy to enhance engagement with key stakeholders.
* Refine and optimize the existing account management system through continuous collaboration with the Sales Excellence team and the DACH leadership team.
* Drive potential-based territory management, set quantitative and qualitative goals, and enhance the business review process with the Key Account Manager team.
* Act as the spearhead of the Key Account Manager team, fostering strong collaboration with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), alongside the Director of Medical Affairs. This includes:
* Implementing the company strategy and developing Excellence Centers within top accounts.
* Strengthening relationships with experts in Gynecological Oncology, Oncology, Pathology, and Urology to garner greater support for the company's overall strategy.
* Demonstrate outstanding leadership by:

Your Qualifications
* Proven experience in pharmaceutical/diagnostic sales team management, ideally in oncology or specialty business.
* A strong track record in sales, with success in promoting complex products within medical oncology and/or diagnostics.
* Marketing or managed care experience is a plus.
* Highly self-motivated with a strong business acumen.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Experienced and results-driven coach, capable of developing high-performing sales teams.
* High level of flexibility to ensure efficient coaching and KOL management.
