Marketing Lead (Remote or Hybrid)
Our client, a Series A startup at the forefront of AI and robotics in logistics, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to spearhead their marketing efforts in the DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketer to build and scale a high-impact marketing function and team in a rapidly growing tech environment.
About the Role:
As the Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their market presence and driving demand generation. You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives, including events, account-based marketing (ABM), content creation, online marketing, and public relations. With a strong emphasis on B2B enterprise marketing, you will help position them as the go-to AI and robotics solution provider for logistics companies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the logistics industry.
2. Implement demand generation initiatives, leveraging ABM, events, PR, and digital marketing to support sales efforts.
3. Establish and scale the marketing function, contributing both strategically and as an individual contributor in the early stages.
4. Manage content creation and online marketing to effectively communicate our client's value proposition.
5. Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
6. Oversee marketing operations, analytics, and performance measurement, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
7. As the team grows, hire, mentor, and lead a small marketing team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Fluent in German (mandatory) with excellent communication skills.
2. Tech-savvy background (if you already have experience in AI and/or robotics that's a huge bonus!)
3. Experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
4. Hands-on experience in lead generation, ABM, PR, and event marketing.
5. Prior experience in a startup environment (preferably Series B/C or later).
6. Ability to balance strategic vision with execution, working both independently and collaboratively.
7. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited structure.
