As the face of KLU, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, building relationships, answering their questions, and helping them envision their future at KLU. While prior experience is a plus, we are looking for your personality and enthusiasm—we’ll train you in the skills you need The position is full-time (40 hours per week), offering flexible working hours, home office options, and the chance to travel approximately 20-30 days per year. Your Responsibilities Achieving student intake targets by engaging prospective students through various channels. Representing KLU at education fairs, career fairs, and recruitment events. Conducting consultations, giving campus tours, and delivering impactful presentations. Driving prospective students through the application process—from initial contact to enrollment. Writing promotional emails and sending targeted communication to maximize conversions. Coordinating recruiting events like KLU Infotage, Bachelor-Workshops, and “Student for a Day” experiences. Building and nurturing relationships with private and international schools, educational agents, and other key stakeholders. Managing online content for events, landing pages, and FAQs with a focus on user experience and lead generation. Compiling and analyzing recruitment statistics to identify opportunities and track success. Your qualifications A natural networker with strong sales instincts and an engaging personality. Ability to communicate fluently in German (preferably native) and English. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally paired with knowledge of the German and international education systems. Independent, solution-oriented, and eager to shape your role proactively. Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Digital-savvy and open to learning new systems and tools.
