Your Tasks Support and expansion of existing partnerships in stationary sales and their associated digital sales channels Professional advice and comprehensive support from partner agencies, both by telephone and in writing Participate in industry events and annual meetings to represent the company and strengthen the network Development and implementation of strategies to optimize sales processes and IT systems in close cooperation with the IT and product departments Continuous monitoring and analysis of sales key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the level of target achievement Acquisition and development of new sales partners in stationary sales Responsible for commission accounting and correct maintenance of agency master data Development of long-term strategies to optimally position stationary sales in the overall context of the company and the market Targeted and proactive communication to relevant stakeholders: Ensure that all relevant information, decisions and developments of the sales channel are communicated in a targeted manner to internal departments, external partners and other key stakeholders to ensure transparency and efficient collaboration.
