You as part of tonies: As part of the new CXO organization, you will help drive transformation unifying the product, content and marketing teams through new ways of working and establishing clear processes that enable tonies strategic goals. You will work closely with the team leaders as well as collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Head of CFO to align efforts and maximize impact. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Lead CXO strategic planning process for the team and help organize, track, and evaluate the impact of our strategies and initiatives over time. This includes driving the 24-month rhythm of business to manage capacity and ensure quality outputs across product, content and marketing workstreams. Own CXO annual goal planning, as well as monthly reviews and quarterly progress reports to the leadership team. You will be responsible for ensuring key performance indicators are accurately measured and communicated. Identify areas of strategic importance and engage the right people and curate the right data to focus executive time and attention on rapid resolution of thorny strategic problems. Lead projects that align to specific business challenges. This role is expected to frequently stand up new projects, own initiatives end-to-end in the short term, and then effectively hand off projects to other teams in the longer term as resources are aligned. Architect and lead CXO team comms to ensure frequent, consistent communications about progress, highlighting wins and opportunities. What we are looking for: 12 years of experience working in high growth, omnichannel consumer brands with matrixed organizations Experience solving complex problems and demonstrating solid business judgement Experience in project management, implementing process improvements, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities Strong analytical capabilities to drive data driven recommendations and clear hypotheses Ability to work with senior leadership, identify urgent issues, and concisely communicate to decision makers Great written and verbal communication and people skills Demonstrated track record in navigating through ambiguity, managing multiple cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment Knowledge of tonies internal processes, product development and commercial drivers Fluent German and English skills Willingness to attend calls and meetings in the late afternoon to collaborate with US-based colleagues Why tonies?
