Your role:
The HR Business Partner (HR BP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resource strategies and practices with the company’s overall business objectives. This position focuses on supporting managers and employees, driving key HR initiatives, and fostering an engaged, compliant, and productive workplace. This is a parental leave cover position for 1.5 years.
As an HR BP, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders to understand workforce challenges and priorities, ensuring that HR initiatives are integrated with Bragi’s mission and vision. This role focuses on supporting the Business, Product, Design, and Project Management teams at Bragi.

Tasks
* Building strong relationships with managers to understand their challenges, priorities, and workforce needs
* Providing advice and support on workforce planning, team development, and leadership strategies
* Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Bragi’s business goals
* Collaborating with managers to design and execute HR-driven projects
* Identifying and developing talent through performance management, succession planning, and targeted development programs
* Supporting and driving recruitment strategies with our recruiter to attract top talent and ensure hiring success
* Creating and delivering communication strategies for organizational changes
* Implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
* Collaborating with managers to create a positive and productive work environment
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR practices
* Maintaining and continuously improving HR policies, processes, and tools to support organizational goals
* Proactively participating in and leading strategic HR projects to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
* University degree in HR, Business or Psychology
* 3+ years' experience as a HR business partner or similar, ideally from an international and dynamic environment
* An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset understanding the strategic and commercial role of HR
* A good knowledge of employment law and its implication
* Proven ability and motivation to work closely in employee relations issues
* Maintaining a high level of empathy while being able to implement company objectives
* Advanced people skills and an ability to deal with stressful and demanding situations
* Excellent ability manage yourself and prioritize day-to-day activities
* Proactive, instrinically motivated to challenge yourself and build something great
* Fluent in English and German
