Your Task:
* Assisting guests at check-in and check-out as well as with questions and concerns and initiating/implementing appropriate actions
* Achieving efficient guest satisfaction by adhering to Meliá Hotels International standards and ensuring polite and courteous behaviour towards guests and colleagues
* Professional handling and forwarding of guest complaints to the following shift at night
* Monitoring the correct management of the hotel cash register, invoicing and billing, preparing the daily closing with the associated tasks
* Complete and correct processing of all guest data and system maintenance
* Efficient processing and filing or forwarding of incoming and outgoing correspondence for guests Forwarding incoming and outgoing correspondence for guests
* Preparation and follow-up of the other shifts
Your Profil:
* Completed training desirable
* Host mentality
* Strong communication skills
* Good PC skills and knowledge of MS Office programs, ideally also with the hotel software PMS Opera an advantage
* Organisational talent
* Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
* Flexibility and team spirit
* Independent work and a high sense of responsibility are also required for work as a Night Auditor
