Position Overview
As a Senior Software Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and managing complex software architectures that meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
You will contribute to projects and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect and Develop Systems: Design scalable, high-performance software architectures that meet both functional and regulatory standards.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with stakeholders, understanding their requirements and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
* Project Management: Plan and manage work packages, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of project objectives.
* Methodologies and Processes: Utilize expertise in Requirement Engineering, Unit & Integration Testing for large systems, Static Code Analysis, and verification processes (including code reviews and testing).
* Drive Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to industry standards.
* Mentorship and Technical Leadership: Guide team members in best practices for architecture, design, testing, and compliance, fostering technical excellence across the team.
Your Profile
* A successfully completed master's or diploma degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software architecture or 10 years in an equivalent role.
* Expert-level proficiency in C++17 with a focus on best practices for maintainable and efficient software.
* Advanced skills in Python for automation, scripting, and development support tasks.
* Proficiency in JSON for data interchange, configuration, and integration.
* Basic familiarity with build systems to enable efficient build and deployment processes.
* Strong experience in regulated environments, including medical, automotive, or aerospace industries.
* Expertise in requirement engineering, unit and integration testing, static code analysis, and verification processes (including reviews and testing).
* Proven ability in work package planning and project management to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* Proactive and collaborative problem-solving with a focus on solutions and results.
