Join our team as Global Product Manager (f/m/d) DEU-Heidenheim
In this role you report directly to our Vice President Global Product Management. You will be responsible for product management within our Risk Prevention Business Division (focus: surgical products) on a global scale. Be in the center of attention when it comes to innovation and improvements of our products. You will lead and inspire international cross-functional teams along the end-to-end portfolio management process. A close interaction with our key countries and internal stakeholders is the base for success in this role where you will act as a networker and connector of people.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to developing the product strategy in order to reach our growth targets
* Contribute to driving the product development pipeline considering customer needs and our value proposition on hospital acquired infection (HAI) prevention and customers processes improvement
* Continuously monitor market trends, developments and competitor activities in order to optimally influence the development and positioning of the assigned product range
* Product Lifecycle Management for the area of responsibility: from idea generation and launch to exit
* Define the positioning and claims with appropriate level of evidence for the assigned product area
* Ensure proper documentation in technical files
* Steering and collaboration of projects adhering to HARTMANN standards
Qualifications:
* Background in scientific or business linked studies or equivalent expertise gained through professional experience and/or professional development measures
* Global experience in similar roles, enriched by previous experience in local markets – preferably in tender-driven markets (e.g. Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland)
* Experience in the Medical Device industry, especially in products used in OR environment (surgeries)
* High market and customer orientation as well as proven project management skills
* Solution oriented, creative and pragmatic mindset
* Fluent in English; German or another EU language is very much appreciated
