The Photo Imaging business for the Europe region is based in Ratingen and is responsible for carrying out sales and marketing strategies and service operations for any photo ordering, printing, and INSTAX systems. We are a total solution provider for the photo industry. For our European HR team located in Ratingen we are looking for a Junior People Development Specialist (f/m/div). As a member of the European People Development team, you will play a key role in supporting the administration, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aimed at enhancing the skills, performance, and career growth of our employees across Europe. This position also involves a significant focus on working with large amounts of data, conducting analysis, and ensuring data accuracy to inform decisions and measure impact. Coordination and administration of training programs and workshops. Customization of training materials to meet the specific needs of various teams and departments. Aid in the development and maintenance of e-learning modules and resources. Collect, compile, and analyze feedback from training sessions and development programs to measure effectiveness. Administer surveys and assessments to gather insights on training impact and employee satisfaction. Conduct data analyses and prepare reports on program outcomes, identifying trends and improvement recommendations. Support the ongoing administration and improvement of performance management systems. Create and maintain accurate performance support materials, such as job ads, trainings, and reference guides. Assist in the annual administration and analysis of the employee engagement survey, including data compilation and reporting. Create promotion and communication materials to increase awareness and engagement in People Development initiatives. Support other European Human Resources projects in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, ESG, and Health Management. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Previous internship or first work experience in HR, training, organizational development, or data analysis. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. Advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to work with and analyze large data sets. Basic understanding of training and development methodologies and practices. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with large volumes of data. Experience with e-learning platforms and online training tools is a plus. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
