Your Tasks
* Creating new concepts of customer service contracts together with our service fulfillment partners within MediaMarktSaturn
* Piloting new customer service contracts across MediaMarktSaturn considering local customer needs
* Rollout of successful pilots across all sales channels considering fiscal and legal requirements
* Taking responsibility for communicating and aligning with all relevant stakeholders
* Prioritization and steering of each implementation together with a dedicated development team
Your Profile
* Degree in business administration or international retail management with solid technical qualifications or similar education
* Knowledge in the field of IT project management as well as process management, from analysis to process definition to implementation
* Experience in modern project management methods & tools (JIRA, Confluence) as well as expertise in agile product management
* Background in customer contract management, preferably in telecom, insurance and energy business is a major plus point
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken are a must; knowledge of German is an advantage
