Project Quantity Surveyor Criteria: 3 yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor / PQS / Developer Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area Experience on large construction / civils projects with a Main Contractor Civils experience beneficial but not mandatory An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets. To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings As Quantity Surveyor: Reporting to the Commercial Manager. Advise on contractual matters – general and project level Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
