We are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our team in Linsengericht, Germany.
Reporting directly to the US Human Resources Business Partner, with a strong dotted line to our Germany Managing Director, this role is responsible for supporting daily HR operations of a manufacturing facility in Linsengericht.
This role will serve as a true business partner to the Managing Director as well as partner with the US Human Resources team to drive companywide initiatives. This role has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other departments and is an expert in employee relations. This role is responsible for employee culture, hiring, talent management, benefits administration, and all aspects of front-line HR leadership. This individual will play a critical role as liaison between the company Works Counsel, employee, and Company.
Your tasks
* Manage Employment Contracts
* Manage the HR policies and processes within AMETEK Germany ensuring standardization
* Drive performance management, development, and succession processes
* Manage recruitment, recruitment processes and initiating new recruiting strategies
* Further develop and implement talent management strategy to attract and keep talents
* Rollout and maintain compensation programs, conduct salary reviews
* Manage, verify and ensure that payroll is done within the regular established timeframe
* Ensure that all HR activities are in line with legislation, compliance, quality, policies, business requirements etc.
* Work closely with the European HR team to create and deliver appropriate processes to support business goals
* Public authorities’ communication, German Commercial register (IHK)
* Supervisor for Time tracking system, ordering and admin of credit cards for gas, invoices
* Admin of a company & aposs transportation fleet, invoices from fleet management
* Identify improvement opportunities and lead organizational development projects
Your job with us
* Your experience & educational background
* University degree or similar within relevant area
* Relevant work experience within Human Resources dept. in a large corporate company
* Experience with full HR cycle, payroll verification and recruitment included
* Effective communication skills cross-functionally with different department stakeholders
* Self-starter to initiate work and execute solutions
* Strong analytical skills and ability to assess situations and make sound decisions based on the information
* Any former experience with recruitment and payroll tools would be desirable
* Good written and spoken English knowledge
