Job Description
As a Service Sales Coordinator you will be part of a team which ensure customer experience from A-Z with TOMRA Service stay's highest industrial standard. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient coordination with internal functions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone and email.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns effectively.
3. Assists Service Sales Advisors in creating customer service contracts
4. Follow up of service visits and invoicing
5. Monitor and expedite spare parts orders to guarantee on-time delivery
Qualifications
Requirements:
6. certified commercial training (abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung)
7. At least two years of previous customer service experience prefferred,
8. Good working knowledge of ERP / CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
9. Superior customer service skills.
10. Positive attitude in a team environment.
11. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers in German and English language are necessary.
