Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a dynamic role in a global company? As a Finance & Controlling Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Direct Procurement department with financial insights and strategic guidance as well supporting TechOps controlling with on FP&A and Risk Management activities Directly reporting to the VP Global & Functional Controlling, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and process optimization to drive business success. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for the Direct Procurement department on all financial topics Prepare structured reporting for the Direct Procurement department according to external and internal requirements and specifications Conduct forecast and budget planning for assigned cost centers, ensuring pre-alignment of data with cost center owners Manage reporting and follow-ups across all relevant systems Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings, providing comments on results and relevant deviations Present results and actively participate in management forecast and budget reviews Support the VP Global & Functional Controlling on FP&A and consolidation topics, including month-end close consolidation, commenting, process and timeline management, and TechOps budget and forecast consolidation Develop and implement a financial risk management process and oversee its execution Support the TechOps Controlling function in establishing efficient processes and systems to drive growth and continuous improvement Conduct ad hoc analysis and reports for senior management and other key stakeholders Actively participate in projects with a high degree of autonomy, such as system improvements, dashboard setup, and corporate-sponsored initiatives Requirements Completed education in Business Administration, Finance & Controlling, Economics, Engineering Management, IT Management, or a comparable field 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally within Corporate Functions Strong IT skills and affinity for IT systems, particularly SAP FI/CO and SAP BW with Analysis for Office Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex topics Proactive and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Reliable team player with excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum Grading: AT
