Tasks Support the Lead Management team by screening and qualifying incoming leads, ensuring information is accurate and relevant. Assist with outbound lead generation by identifying and updating target accounts to support outreach efforts. Conduct research to verify lead details and maintain data completeness and reliability. Support the maintenance and updating of lead records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Assist in creating regular reports on lead quality and performance insights. Requirements Currently enrolled in a study program (e.g., economics, social sciences, statistics, data science, or a related field) in Germany, with at least one year remaining until graduation. Solution-oriented and reliable team player with strong written and spoken English skills; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a big plus.
