Your new job includes
As Customer Order Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the interface between the Sales department, Supplier Order Management and Logistics and will also be the first point of contact for a fixed customer base.
In particular, you will
* take over the timely order processing of our customers in the African market
* coordinate and monitor deadlines to ensure smooth delivery by communicating independently with our international customers both in writing and by telephone
* independently handle complaints processes
* maintaining close contact/exchange with customers and specialist departments for the joint planning of work processes
* be responsible for data input and their accuracy
* take on project and special tasks as part of order processing
Preferred Profile
* Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in order processing in an international environment
* Very good written and spoken German and English, as well as a strong service orientation for working with our customers and other internal and external interfaces
* Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with the SAP merchandise management system Enthusiasm, strong communication skills and team spirit for working with your colleagues
* Proactive, independent behaviour and a precise way of working
