Deal, let's go Your future role. - You will partner with the Head of Finance & Controlling and the Head of Finance at Sykatec. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing leading, and lagging KPIs to measure the impact of strategic action plans and drive sustained business success. - You will drive business improvements and create additional value for the organization by implementing state-of-the-art controlling and reporting processes, all supported by a digital mindset. Additionally, you will develop a digital controlling strategy and a digital controlling roadmap. - You will actively participate in the Innomotics Finance Community and drive joint initiatives. As a role model, you will be responsible for developing, promoting, and mentoring talent while driving organizational change. - In your role, you will ensure full transparency of the global Profit & Loss (P&L), directly impacting our financial performance. This includes preparing FC calls, performance reviews, and monthly commentaries. - You will be responsible for the monthly and quarterly closing and forecasting processes, which cover the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. This includes ensuring data integrity, data consolidation, and validation across various tools. - You will orchestrate the yearly budget process for Sykatec, which involves preparing management presentations and coordinating alignment rounds. - Furthermore, you will take responsibility for segment controlling, initiating, and tracking actions in case of deviations in forecast (FC) or budget (BDG), and monitor the progress of strategically important projects. - Your focus will be on optimizing Free Cash Flow performance through all levers of asset management. Additionally, you will manage productivity tracking and drive the organization to implement defined measures. You will analyze and appraise business performance, including underlying operational KPIs and relevant internal and external developments. This involves conducting profitability and growth analysis, preparing performance commentaries, and creating presentations and bridges. - You will ensure that actuals, forecasts (FC), and budgets for specific legal entities are accurate and align with superior controlling standards, policies, and procedures. - You will be responsible for building, motivating, and developing a high-performance team. You should be resilient and humble, serving as a role model for growth and learning. Leading from the front, you will delegate tasks and hold yourself and others accountable for achieving stretch goals. Your profile. - You hold a university degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, with several years of proven experience in finance, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment. - You have broad experience using common data processing programs, including PowerPoint, SAP R3, Excel, and dashboard applications. - Additionally, you have professional experience in international collaboration, ideally within a manufacturing environment. - The positon requires minimal travel, with a requirement of less than 5%. - To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated with a growth and change mindset. You should also be customer-focused, dedicated to adding value, and capable of finding innovative solutions on your own initiative. - You have a goal-oriented and results-driven approach, coupled with a passion for digitalization in finance. - Excellent business acumen in relevant financial processes, value flows, and strong analytical skills are essential. - You demonstrate outstanding people management abilities, including the capacity to coach, develop, and motivate staff effectively. - The role requires executive presence and excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to interface proactively and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. - You are fluent in both German and English.
