This international strategic department is responsible for further developing a global ticket system designed to drive our digitalisation and modernisation forward. It provides support in optimising processes, analysing requirements and managing projects to ensure an efficient service and support structure highly focused on our customers.
Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Steering and coordinating projects to optimise our ticket system
* Analysing and documenting business processes as well as developing optimisation proposals
* Providing support in gathering and specifying requirements together with specialist departments
* Creating reports and presentations to aid in decision-making
* Serving as an interface between IT, business and external service providers for successful implementation
* Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
* Providing support in change management and user training
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration or similar qualifications/training
* Relevant experience in project management and business analysis
* An understanding of IT service management processes and agile methods
* Analytical thinking and structured work approach
* Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders
* Very good English skills
Desirable extras.
* Project management certification (e.g. Scrum) desirable
* Knowledge and experience in implementing and optimising ITSM or ticket systems
* Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL) is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of data analysis tools or reporting platforms is an advantage
