2. Serving customer requests in line with contractual parameters to ensure smooth operations
3. Handling ad-hoc loan & exchange requests from airlines all around the globe
4. Documenting actions taken in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, and paying attention to details
5. Sourcing units worldwide when required including logistics solutions based on contractual conditions
6. Track and trace units until they reach their destination
7. Developing supplier relations to extend our worldwide AOG network
8. Supporting KPI generation to monitor and improve the AOG performance

9. You are able to provide excellent customer service in the aviation industry

11. You are fluent in English, French or German language skills are beneficial

14. You are happy to work on a rotational 24/7 shift plan including on-call duty
15. You have a valid work visa for Germany
