Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will support the DACH and Eastern Europe region's field marketing efforts. These marketing initiatives are designed to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and delight our existing international customers via multi-touch marketing initiatives.
* Partner with the global marketing team to drive our campaigns locally
* Drive top-of-the-funnel programs that lead to opportunities and build pipeline to foster new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities in the DACH and Eastern Europe regions
* Use the most effective channels and discover new ones in the areas leveraging various digital and offline marketing tacticsincluding tradeshows and events
* Align with local Sales and business development teams to coordinate proper SLAs and support in the region
* Manage marketing to/with partners & alliances plan to generate demand for Jedox software suite
* Monitor, analyze, report, and communicate the performance of marketing activities regularly
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and performance in the regions
* Collaborate with global marketing colleagues, cross-functional teammates, partners, and external vendors to ensure the success of marketing activities

* Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of management and functional disciplines
* Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing plans
* Knowledge of Digital marketing (Google Adwords, LinkedIn)
* Hands-on experience working with Marketing tools and CRM systems – Hubspot, Salesforce, 6Sense
* Proven track record in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing activities to understand the contribution to pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contributions to the business
* Flexibility to work across different time zones
* Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
* 6+ Years of experience in marketing B2B SaaS solutions is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
