The Global Service & Support segment of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Life Sciences Group has an exciting opportunity to expand the reach of our service contract offerings and help drive revenue growth within our division. As an Inside Sales Representative you will meet or exceed a defined sales plan of service contracts and support plans and proactively uncover new opportunities within assigned accounts to generate revenue growth.
What will you do?
1. Make daily outbound telephone calls and communicate via email to all organizational levels and functional areas in accounts where purchasing decisions are made
2. Run sales territory activities and communicate efforts clearly within other levels of the organization
3. Understand the competitive landscape within accounts to position like or better product offerings to customers
How will you get here?
4. Experience in telephone sales as well as experience with working from home-office could be an advantage
5. Experience of working in the Life Science Sector could be an advantage
6. Understand sales targets and funnel to give accurate forecast
7. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and multi-tasking skills to meet timelines
8. Enjoy working in a team and management of projects as part of a team
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
9. Strong sales, communication and relationship building skills
10. Excellent communication skills in German, English and Polish
11. Excellent administration skills, organizational proficiency and the ability to plan and time manage various tasks
12. Computer literate in 'Microsoft Office' – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
13. Knowledge in SAP and Power BI could be an advantage
