Our client is currently looking for a Payroll Director for their Payroll department. The Payroll Director will have the opportunity to lead a small, human-sized team of 5 dynamic people in Luxembourg. Please, find below all the information you need to know if you are interested in this opportunity.
Your Responsibilities | Payroll Director – Commercial Company - Luxembourg
* As a Payroll Director, you will lead a team composed of 5 people. Thanks to your experience, you will have the opportunity to delegate and respect dead lines.
* As a Payroll Director, you will work with your small team to manage around 200 payrolls per month.
* You will have the opportunity to provide employment law advice. Additionally, you will have the chance to review the work of the payroll officers in your team.
* Finally, you will be responsible for internal trainings for less experienced payroll administrators and new employees who would be part of your team..
Profile and Career Path | Payroll Director – Commercial Company - Luxembourg
* You have at least 10 years of experience in Payroll in Luxembourg. If you had the opportunity to work in a fiduciary, it will be considered as a real asset.
* German and French are a must. Luxembourgish is a plus.
* If you have legal knowledge, it will be considered as an asset as well.
* You would like to evolve in a multicultural environment and collaborate with a human-sized team.
