Group Controller (m/w/d) The position is to be filled full-time (100%). Job description: Support the sustainability reporting process in close collaboration with our sustainability department and implement processes for an efficient recurring data collection Implementation of HR-Controlling (esp. headcount/FTE und personnel expenses) in collaboration with the group-HR department Development of IT-controlling (esp. IT project cost management, cost transparency, recharges and financial business partnering) in collaboration with the group-IT department Implement and maintain efficient and transparent controlling structures for our group functions (esp. HR, IT, corporate communication and sustainability); analyze, report and control group costs with the respective functions Creation, consolidation and coordination of monthly reporting, year-end-closing, budgets and mid-term plans Develop our groupwide reporting processes with our EPM/BI-tool Jedox Perform monthly gap, ad-hoc and performance measurement analyses on entity, divisional and group level Coordination of reporting and group guidelines with our group entities Support the creation of presentations for our C-level management Execute projects in the group controlling environment Continuous improvement of existing processes and structures Requirements: Completed studies in business economics with a focus on finance and controlling Job experience in consulting or controlling in the industrial environment (3-5 years), ideally with experience in a central controlling function Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills Experience with EPM and BI-tools (e.g. Jedox) and ERP-systems (e.g. SAP – esp.
