Your Responsibilities | Funds Corporate governance Finance Law Corporate secretary You will manage a portfolio composed of AIFs in both Private Equity and Real Estate. You will organize ordinary and extraordinary meetings. Drafting various documents, such as minutes, agreements, and resolutions, will be part of your daily tasks. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, lawyers, notaries, and banks. You will oversee fund governance from constitution to dissolution, including bank account openings and annual account approvals. Profile and Career Path | Funds Corporate governance Finance Law Corporate secretary You have at least 1 year of experience as a Corporate Officer working with AIFs in Luxembourg, which is essential to understanding your new position. To ensure effective internal and external communication, you are fluent in English. Any other language is considered an asset. Being organized and mindful of meeting deadlines is part of your nature, which is essential for ensuring client satisfaction.
