Depending on the applicant situation, an additional temporary specialist allowance of up to 1,500 euros per month may be considered. You will be responsible for supporting our application for award management (AI Award Manager of Administration Intelligence). We are looking for experts in the field of award management with experience in corresponding IT products. The award management system is an integral part of our SAP architecture, so your tasks will include seamless integration into the SAP application landscape in close cooperation with our SAP experts and customizing the relevant systems. In addition, you will advise and support the employees of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks in the use of the application and be responsible for its further development. In addition to this main task, you will represent other IT products in your team. What are your main tasks? You will be responsible for planning, managing and providing the application and its interfaces in the BImA's IT application landscape. This is done in cooperation with the specialist department, external service providers and IT operations. You will work closely with the SAP team and be responsible for customizing the relevant SAP systems. Your area of responsibility includes the evaluation of IT faults at 2nd and 3rd level ("root cause analysis") and the development of solutions. You will manage and monitor collaboration with external service providers As part of IT change management, you will record, interpret and analyze change requests and manage their implementation (including evaluating the interaction of changes with IT products). You will be involved in the planning and control of all steps up to the go-live of (further) developments. You are responsible for the release management of the IT product You will also be responsible for communicating with internal customers, external partners and IT operations regarding the further development and rollout of IT products. Qualification: You have a university degree (university of applied sciences/bachelor's degree), e.g. in the field of computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification or career qualification for the higher technical service. Professional competencies: You have at least three years of practical experience in the IT sector. You have also worked in IT product management for several years. You have sound, practical knowledge and experience in the field of content management and corresponding IT products, preferably AI allocation managers from Administration Intelligence. You have knowledge and experience in the SAP environment, in particular SAP interface management and customizing You have knowledge and experience in working with and managing external service providers We also rely on your expertise in IT requirements and IT change management.
