YOUR ROLE
As Security Engineer specializing in firewall you will join our dynamic IT security team for one European Institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, firewall management, and threat mitigation strategies, with expertise in configuring and managing Fortinet and Cisco security solutions.
* Designing, implementing, and managing firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs, and endpoint protection systems.
* Managing VPN and remote access architecture with Cisco ISE and ASAv Servers.
* Monitoring and responding to security incidents, ensuring proper investigation, documentation, and remediation.
* Providing technical support and guidance for network security projects and initiatives.
* Performing security assessments, vulnerability scans, to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
* Creating documentation of security policies.
YOUR PROFILE
* Expertise in configuring and managing firewall (Fortinet, F5 ) and Cisco ( ASAv Servers, ISE) security solutions.
* Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewall rules, and intrusion prevention systems.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* 5 years of experience as Security Engineer is required.
* 5+ years university degree ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is an asset.
* Fluent in English, good command in French is an asset.
