We are looking for a technical instructor for civil and military Maintenance Training in Donauwörth.
If you are fascinated by the technology of our helicopters and like to explain technical topics, we would like to welcome you to our international team.
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
1. Deliver training services for different types of helicopters based on modern training philosophy and methodology
2. Course preparation
3. Adapt training courses to customer and aircraft configuration
4. Analysis of learning group
5. Creation of questions for final exam
6. Course accomplishment
7. Apply procedures of national military and civil aviation authorities
8. Carry out exams and assessments
9. Apply modern methodology
Post-processing
1. Creation of training means according to modern training philosophy
2. Definition of content and creation of text for training manuals
3. Specify animations and pictures for training manuals
4. Perform proofreading
5. Check relevant training means (e.g. VMT, WBT)
Creation and modification of training programs
1. Support creation/modification of training programs by analyzing and combining feedback and requests from customers
2. Know market requests and company policy
3. Creation of minimum syllabi applying modern training philosophy and pedagogical approaches
4. Elaborate training schedule and syllabus
Excellent technical knowledge and proficiency
1. Acquire and maintain knowledge and proficiency parallel to course accomplishment
2. Gather and analyze technical information (stay in permanent contact with engineering department, technical support and MRO)
3. Gather and analyze regulatory requirements
Desired skills and qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree (technical one) with additional experience in production/maintenance of helicopters
2. Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (m / f / d) or in a comparable field of activity
3. Successfully completed further training to become a master craftsman, technician or in a comparable field of activity
4. Licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 (m / f / d) according to EASA and DEMAR regulations or any other Military Aircraft Maintenance License
5. Sound technical knowledge and experience in the field of military and civil aircraft maintenance (minimum 5 years working experience in maintenance of helicopters)
6. Interest in business trips
