THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are looking for a Head of CRM Tech Product at Zalando. You will be working in our CRM team which manages the communications and interactions with our customer base. Together with your team, you will be taking part in redefining customer experience for our Zalando customers through our B2C communication channels.
As the Head of CRM Tech Product, you are responsible for the engagement platform Braze where you will maintain, develop and improve technical processes within our platform. You work closely with the business, engineering and analytics and drive our CRM channel to the next level.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
* Leading a team of Tech Consultants and Product Managers working on an Advanced CRM Tech Platform that is a sophisticated and multi-faceted technology stack leveraging various third-party solutions, internally built systems, and automations. This includes channels such as Email, Push Notifications, In-Product Messaging, as well as potential new channels like Web Push Notifications, Offline Direct Mail, Notification Centre, and SMS.
* Drive the Strategy for Personalization and CRM Channel Innovation: Focused on stakeholder alignment and delivery within the team and across the department and strive to enable all teams to meet these goals. Lead the technical strategy and initiatives for enhanced personalization and content delivery. Advance CRM capabilities through platforms like Braze, integrating AI features and strategies closely aligned with the CRM leadership.
* Translating technical initiatives into measurable actions with an impact on the customer.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
* Proven work experience as a team leader with excellent communication and leadership skills.
* You have relevant experience in a similar role where you and your team worked on defining data models, technical processes between different systems and teams. You have experience in defining requirements and designing solutions.
* You are a Martech expert and have demonstrated experience maintaining engagement- or customer data platforms as an administrator or technical owner. Ideally Braze.
* You are fluent in English, both written and verbally and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
* You have a very strong analytical mindset.
