Supporting our People & Organization Team in day-to-day tasks and driving impactful projects:
* Team Events & Key Meetings: Support in planning, organizing, and executing key team meetings, as well as beautiful team events that foster connection and strengthen our team culture.
* Onboarding/Offboarding Support: Help create a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the process.
* Office Management: Oversee the smooth running of our office by managing expenses, coordinating supplies, and ensuring the team’s workspace is well-maintained and inviting environment.
* Project Support: Play an active role in driving meaningful projects within the People & Organization team, such as rolling out new HR tools and processes or improving internal communication to enhance collaboration.
Supporting our Customer Service Team in delivering exceptional service:
* Customer and Partner Interactions: Provide professional, friendly responses to customer (B2C) and partner (B2B) inquiries, representing our brand at its best.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate on enhancing our customer service tools and processes to ensure a seamless and top-notch experience for all.
* Data Analysis: Gather and analyze customer service data, deriving actionable insights to improve our performance and customer satisfaction.
* Customer Feedback Management: Conduct research and assess reviews across platforms, identifying areas for improvement in line with our commitment to excellence.
* Customer Service Guidelines: Continuously update and refine our guidelines, ensuring that our service remains at the highest standard.
* Coordination with Logistics: Work closely with our logistics partners to ensure smooth communication and effective issue resolution.
*Please note: Fluency in written and spoken German and English is a must.
Your core skills
* Background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Operations, Service Industry Management, or a related field
* You can work up to 20 hours per week, ideally spread over 3-4 days per week
* First experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: HR/People & Culture, Event Management, Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, or service professions (e.g., gastronomy, hospitality)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner with employees, customers, and partners
* Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Structured, detail-oriented, and a solution-driven approach to work
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Experience with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus
* Previous experience in a startup or medium-sized company is advantageous
* Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required
