Payroll reporting and analysis : Generate detailed reports and conduct payroll-related analysis to support HR and financial decision-making within the company. Your Qualifications : Fluent in German : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German are essential to manage payroll and comply with local regulations. Deep knowledge of payroll law : Strong understanding of German labor law, tax codes, and social security regulations. Experience with payroll software : Previous experience with systems like SAP HR is highly valued, though experience with other software is also acceptable.
