Your responsibilities as a member of the Procurement Team: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments, including R&D, Finance, Legal, etc. Ensure vendors/suppliers adhere to agreement terms. Enlist legal support when needed. Address issues promptly if terms are not followed. Streamline the contract finalisation process to overcome bottlenecks and ensure timely sign-off and implementation of contracts. Ensure the best value for the business through continuous improvement of contract terms and conditions, enriched with the development of KPIs & relevant SLA’s. Take ownership of the entire contract lifecycle (initiation, execution, renewal and termination) by collaborating with procurement managers and suppliers to develop, finalise, and execute mutually beneficial contracts. Resolve contractual disputes and ensure smooth supplier collaboration. Support internal teams by interpreting contract clauses and resolving supplier-related issues. That's you: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or another related field. Over 6 years of relevant work experience in a similar position with a strong emphasis on contract management in a fast-paced environment, ideally within areas of FMCG, Capital equipment and or contract manufacturing. Robust understanding of legal aspects of contracts and commercial regulations. Proven ability to lead contractual negotiations and secure favourable terms. Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Supply Chain departments. Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving processes and implementing best practices in contract management. The benefits listed below are intended for full-time employees.
