Job Requirements for Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Profile :
* A senior leader with significant experience in B2B software or SaaS companies.
* Ideally a proven track record of scaling a business from 1 million to 10 million in revenue.
* Will serve as Co-Managing Director taking on a key leadership role within the organization.
Responsibilities :
* Oversee all revenue-generating functions including:
* Marketing
* Customer Success
* Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
* Ensure seamless integration and alignment across all revenue-related departments.
Qualifications :
* Extensive experience in sales, marketing, or revenue leadership roles with a preference for senior-level positions (e.g., VP of Sales) in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for high-growth SaaS companies.
* Expertise in building, leading, and scaling sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
* Strong skills in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and unify them toward achieving strategic goals.
