Sales Representative Are you an experienced sales professional in the Toy, Gifting, or Dress Up industry? Are you based in the North of Germany? This is a permanent role based in Hamburg, Germany. As the Sales Representative, you will drive sales and profit growth within the North of Germany/Switzerland by cultivating strong customer relationships and collaborating closely with B2B client base. You will lead customer negotiations, promote products in line with the sales and marketing strategy, and develop new initiatives to capture business opportunities. Your focus will also include pursuing new business prospects and ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Key Responsibilities Manage your schedule and travel plans effectively. Track and evaluate personal performance against KPIs. Organise and conduct customer visits. Assess customer agreements and trading conditions. Maintain up-to-date customer files. Process seasonal and forward orders. Relay customer feedback to the business. Analyse credit performance. Address and resolve customer escalations. Provide merchandising and business support. Engage new business through Retail/Web channels. Participate in and assist with trade shows. What are we looking for? Proficiency in relevant languages (German/English). Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience. B2B sales experience, particularly with agents and distributors. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation. Proficient IT skills.
